The exporter is not taking the model scale in to consideration, to solve this
you have to freeze the transformations.
| XSI:
Go to the "Transform" menu and select "Freeze all translations". |
| 3Ds MAX:
In the "Utilities" tab, select and apply the "Reset XFrom" modifier. |
This happens when the model was scaled to a negative value or mirrored, as it doesn't read the negative scale.
| 3Ds MAX:
In the "Utilities" tab, select and apply the "Reset XFrom" modifier, if the model is now inside out apply the normal modifier from the modifier list. |
This happens when the model was scaled to a negative value or mirrored, as it doesn't read the negative scale.
This error is often caused by having no texture on the collision model, check that you applied it correctly and try exporting again.
Another way of solving this is by opening the SMD in note pad and replace null with some other name. |

This will happen if you have saved a thumbnail jpeg from PhotoShop, the solution is simply to re-save it from another program. So fare PhotoShop is the only program to caused this problem.
